Products of various sizes are produced by using molds specially manufactured for the respective product.
- Mold Sizes: 870 x 670 mm – 1800 x 1400
- Density: 10kg/m3 – 118kg/m3
- Molds are designed as per the client’s requirements. Mold are manufactured in-house.
- Molds are coated with Teflon.
Measurements and tests are performed using the following devices.
- Fusion Measuring Device
- Density Meter
- Strength tester
- Profile projector
The Design and Molding Workshop produces welding fixtures, control gauges, molds and spare parts to improve existing production and commissioning of new projects. The machinery and equipment in the workshop are listed below.
